This activity is to commemorate the "Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Game 2020" (hence the suffix TOPG2020) being held in Japan.

This special call sign is authorized as commemoration of Tokyo Olympic & Paralympic 2020 by Government of Federated States of Micronesia.
